The Sedona Vortex
You’re probably quite familiar with all
the “vortex energy” stories of people actually seeing
the spirits of dolphins just swimming around Bell Rock! Certainly
there have been frequent reports of UFO sightings or strange star
formations in the night skies. I have personally witnessed a triangular
star pattern moving slowly across the eastern sky on a clear night.
Friends have reported mysteriously leaving a hiking group for
several hours while slipping into another dimension…oh,
and yes, they returned a while later and were asked where they
had been for the past hour? These are only brief vignettes about
what can happen in Sedona. It truly is magical here and
healing energies abound!
Sedona Has Many Different Vortex Energies
So many authors have written about the vortex
energies in Sedona, but I especially gravitate toward Sedona resident,
Dr. Pete Sanders’ research. He talks about the different
energies around each of the major “vortex” meditation
areas around Sedona. His book, Scientific Vortex Information is
a wonderful guide to help you find just the right place to enjoy
a spiritual experience when you’re hiking around the red
rocks.

My “Healing Sanctuary” as I call
it is located at the base of the Airport Vortex and is a wonderful

I have mentioned in previous newsletters, 2008 numerologically
is a “1” year…a year of new beginnings. Many
clients ask for a Cards of Destiny (by Robert Camp) intuitive
reading. This system combines ancient archetypal information that
is said to date back to the Egyptian Mystery Schools with numerology,
tarot and astrology. So we can look at your current birthday year
and really “home-in” on the important themes for you
to consider. As I am reading the written information, my Guides
are also assisting us with even more pertinent reminders and choices
for you to consider. These readings can be done as a brief session
or combined with other sessions of your choice…very illuminating
and empowering!
Here’s a true client story…
My experience of the healing energies since the
beginning of the year 2008, is that my clients are receiving very
deep healing and opening. Recently, one of my clients had been
suffering from a 6-week illness and his energy was very depleted.
He asked for a Reiki session with crystals and sound. I told him
to lay down on my table and after getting cozy and comfortable,
I first checked in with my Guidance, prayed for the “highest
and best” for Jim (not his real name) and then checked his
chakra energy. Every chakra was closed down…even his crown
chakra. But after all the “dis-ease” he had suffered,
I really wasn’t surprised. I went over to my table where
all my healing crystals reside and literally asked (from my heart)
“Which of you wonderful crystals would be the best helper
today?” I immediately “heard” from the largest,
most powerful quartz crystal that is nearly 10” long and
beautifully facetted. I double-checked, asking my question again
and the same answer came.
“Which
of you wonderful crystals would be the best helper today?”
So I picked up my crystal-healing friend and
was guided to just sit behind Jim’s head and hold the pointed
end of the stone at the top of his head. Amazingly, as I was holding
the space for the energy to move in its own way, I was guided
to move this stone in a very specific pattern around the top of
his head…very slowly. All the while I could clearly sense
that the best thing for me to do was just be present with all
my Guides and allow the energies to move into all the places his
body wanted them.

that his heart energy had opened so much that he now
had this expansive feeling of love permeating his whole body!
After nearly an hour our work was completed and
Jim relaxed into a deep sleep for another half hour or so. When
he awakened and got up, he told me that his heart energy had opened
so much that he now had this expansive feeling of love permeating
his whole body! I was very happy for him and knew in that moment
that he was ready to be well again. He went home and soon after
was feeling much stronger and energetic. Since his treatment he
is now back to his normal work schedule and feeling very well.
