We can all optimize our body’s natural capacities to heal and stay healthy. Each one of us can be our own practitioner of energy medicine. I believe we have the ability to access our cellular memory with our intention to clear and repair damaging old belief systems that have kept us unhealthy. My mission is to help “unlock the wisdom of the heart” so anyone can heal their lives.
Stress creates havoc with our autonomic nervous system leading to illness and disease.
The medical test for measuring physiological stress in the body (as it affects the autonomic nervous system) is the Heart Rate Variability Test. Studies have shown that nearly 90 percent of patients visit their doctor for stress-related illnesses. Dr. Bruce Lipton, a Stanford University researcher and author, feels that it could be as high as 95 percent. And more importantly, it is our wrong beliefs that initiate the body’s stress response. And these wrong beliefs are tied into our cellular memory.
The Institute of HeartMath has been doing research for years on the importance of activating healthy memories to heal our DNA. But “just thinking happy thoughts” doesn’t heal cellular memory.
So, how can we tap into these natural energetic healing abilities we all have?
Once again, I like to focus on our heart energy. In his groundbreaking book, The Healing Code, Dr. Alex Loyd comments:

We carry old hurts, beliefs and behaviors in the unconscious memories that are stored in our heart energy. These pain memories stay there until we can heal them. Our heart is literally programmed to protect us from having these painful memories and beliefs hurt us. It’s on of the reasons the stress response gets kicked in.
Releasing the stressors helps to unlock the wisdom of the heart and promotes lasting healing.
When we can learn how to open up and understand how our old beliefs, painful memories and worn out habits are keeping us in continuous stress, we can begin to shift into health and wholeness. Our heart energy will more peaceful and balanced, no longer “on guard” in protection mode.
