... the innate desire we have to be happy, healthy and to live a life that’s full of joy, love and fun. When any of these key ingredients are missing for us, we notice our sense of peace and well-being are affected. Sometimes we just feel sad, depressed or unmotivated and can’t really understand why. I really love being a “spiritual detective” of sorts…investigating with you, digging a little deeper into why you are feeling the way you are. It is from that place of being that I will guide you into exciting new ways of thinking more positively and acting more fearlessly.
I combine Eastern and Western spiritual and psychological traditions.
Integrating both perspectives provides balance and harmony when we realize it’s time to expand consciousness. The inward journey begins with recognition that it is time for a change. My own journey back to “feeling alive again” began with just that kind of experience of realizing that my life would have to change if I ever wanted to find true happiness and peace of mind. So I have dedicated myself to assisting others with making major (or minor) positive life changes and adjustments. Meditation, balancing the body’s energy system (the charkas), hypnosis, regression, Reiki…all of these modalities play a key role in accessing inner wisdom.
I continuously strive to expand my own learning and professional skills.
We must begin with learning as much as we can about who we really are. As we become clear about our personal truth it is easier to move through life with confidence, clarity and non-judgment. My intention is to share with you not only what I have learned from my years of valuable experience but to also guide you in unlocking the wisdom of your heart. What I have come to understand is that the love in our hearts transcends everything. We just need to be able to feel it and then share it. Then we can move through life with grace and ease.

Since 1976, Susan Dorety, C.Ht., has been committed to education, teaching self-empowerment and transformational healing. Heart-centered, integrative therapy utilizing intuitive counseling, hypnosis, past life regression, chakra balancing, sound healing, as well as channeling Universal Life Force energy with Reiki hands-on healing, combine to balance and harmonize body, mind, soul and spirit.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and has completed graduate studies in Wellness Counseling and Bodymind Consciousness from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. Ms Dorety is certified in Clinical Hypnosis.* She is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and the American Association for Professional Hypnotherapists. She is a Reiki Master in the Usui Tradition Natural Healing. Susan is also a Certified Lifestyle Educator with Metagenics FirstLine Therapy™ program.
*Susan is certified in her field of expertise and upholds the high standards set forth by the National Guild of Hypnotists. Hypnotists are not licensed by the state as alternative healing arts practitioners. Some conditions may require a referral from a doctor or psychotherapist. Hypnosis is meant to be a complement to, not a substitute for traditional medical treatment.
