Derived from Tibetan Buddism, this ancient healing art helps bring the body into balance so self-healing can begin. When you come to me for a healing session, you will be transported into an environment where you can feel safe and protected. If you have never received a whole body treatment from loving hands, this experience will remain with you long after it is over. Traditionally there are twelve hand positions that are an important tool. These hand positions cover the entire system of the endocrine glands as well as all of the inner organs. They energize the human being on a number of levels at the same time:

You will enjoy beautiful, relaxing, peaceful music during your one hour healing session with me. You may feel the warmth of my hands as they rest upon your physical body. Even through your layer of clothing you will notice the energies affecting your many levels of energy. I will move my hands to many areas of your body, gently removing any energetic blocks or painful spots. Many people see beautiful colors as they rest with their eyes gently closed. Others release emotions as a way of balancing. It is not unusual to fall into a peaceful sleep during your session. I just allow for whatever needs to happen as I follow my intuitive guidance and work with your healing abilities at the same time.
